Presenta Celeste Ascencio su primer Informe Legislativo
MORELIA, Mich., 29 de octubre de 2022.- En su primer año de labor legislativa, la diputada federal Celeste Ascencio, resaltó que presentó 44 iniciativas, seis de ellas aprobadas por el Congreso de la Unión.
Apenas con 29 años de edad, la oriunda de Paracho, habló ante cientos de habitantes que le acompañaron en su primer Informe Legislativo.
Celeste Ascencio destacó las reformas al 10 y 11 constitucionales, que previene y sanciona los delitos en materia de secuestro.
También reformas al Código Civil Federal que garantiza la patria potestad de menores, la reforma al artículo 96 de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial de la Federación, que incorpora la perspectiva de no discriminación y respeto a la diversidad de los que integran ese órgano.
Otro de las propuestas votadas fue la del cambio al nombre de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Social por la de Secretaria del Bienestar, principalmente baluarte de la 4T.
El trabajo de la diputada de Morena abarcó en este primer año legislativo, actividades múltiples.
Entre ellos destaca la gestión de apoyo para unas 600 familias de Paracho, Cherán, Charapan, Purépero, Morelia, Charo, Venustiano Carranza, Morelia y Los Reyes.
Es fuerte promotora de los derechos de la comunidad LGTBQI, donde organiza y apoya marchas y acciones.
También impulsa el deporte a través de un equipo de fútbol llamado Gacelas, que promueve a niñas desde los 3 años y se trabaja sicológicamente con mujeres de entre 13 y 30 años de edad.
