GUADALAJARA, Jal., 6 de agosto de 2021.- Feliz por convertirse en medallista olímpico, el futbolista mexicano, Sebastián Córdova, destacó el alto nivel que tuvo el equipo en Tokio 2020 para alcanzar la presea de bronce. Y se mostró feliz luego de la victoria por 3-1 sobre Japón, en su propia casa, para subir al podio.
“Siempre he hablado de eso que desde el día que nos concentramos, sabíamos a lo que veníamos. La meta siempre fue el oro, jugamos los partidos que queríamos jugar y nos llevamos una medalla. Queríamos el oro, lástima que no se pudo dar, pero nos regresamos felices y satisfechos con una medalla”, explicó el futbolista del América.
