Uruguay y Japón avanzan a cuartos de final en Mundial Sub 17
MORELIA, Mich., 29 de junio de 2011.- Uruguay se convirtió en el tercer equipo invitado a los cuartos de final de la Copa del Mundo Sub 17, México 2011, al doblegar dos goles por uno a su similar de Congo.El partido que se efectuó en la cancha del Estadio Morelos, vivió momentos de dramatismo para ambas escuadras en un duelo donde el triunfador se definió hasta los últimos instantes del partido, con el gol de Silva, a 4 minutos de finalizar el partido y con ello darle la vuelta al marcador que empezó ganando Congo.Por su parte, Japón humilló al equipo de Nueva Zelanda con una trepidante goleada de 6-0 que les dio su pase a la siguiente fase, en partido que se llevó a cabo en el Estadio Universitario de Nuevo León.Con estos resultados ya están definidos los dos primeros partidos de cuartos de final en el Mundial juvenil.CUARTOS DE FINAL.Uruguay vs Uzbekistan / domingo 3 de julio / 15:00 hrs / Monterrey.Japón vs Brasil /domingo 3 de julio / 18:00 hrs. / Querétaro.
